For your pet’s ongoing care, we make refilling prescriptions simple and convenient though our PetPortal or App. You can submit your request online anytime through the link below or with the MyPetsWellness App.
Doctor Review
- All prescription refills must be approved by a veterinarian to ensure your pet’s treatment remains safe and effective. If your pet is due for an exam or bloodwork, our team will contact you to schedule an appointment before refilling.
Confirmation & Pick-Up
- We’ll send you a text when your prescription is ready for pick-up, or call if we have any follow-up questions. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
- Special Orders (Non-stock Orders) & Compounded Medications: Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for preparation.
- Controlled Substances: Available for pick-up ONLY between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Please Note:
- Regular Check-Ups: For most medications, pets must have had a physical exam within the past 12 months.
- Bloodwork Requirements: Some prescriptions require periodic bloodwork for safe use.
